Blanket

This blanket is very precious to me. So I thought I will post a picture of it on my blog for posterity.

The significance of this blanket, Angel and Apple born at 30 weeks of gestation were very tiny and Angel had weighed 950gms at birth, Apple weighed in at 1500gms. In order to record their progress in the NICU they were weighed daily and the day Angel caught up with Apple on the scales, Jennifer (the bright chirpy nurse at the NICU) presented Angel this blanket, saying, "This is Angel's way of saying *POW* I finally caught up with you little sis".
